Nathan’s first road trip to Wisconsin Dells was a success. He got to sit right next to his favorite cousin (twin) Eleni. They took turns crying when the car would stop for traffic and quickly I would shove the pacifier in his mouth, it had about a 75% success rate of keeping him quiet. We were graciously invited to join the Perrelli family annual trip and stayed in a beautiful log cabin with Uncle Ross, Aunt Helen, Cousin Tony, Peggy, Robert, Anna, Angela, Isabella, Stefani, and baby cousins Nicholas (10 mo) and Eleni (11 wks.) Scott had to stay home and work thru Thursday so when he finally arrived that night I jumped for joy and gladly let him make up for lost time with Nathan including the middle of the night feedings.
Each day we went to Wisconsin Dells and went to exciting attractions like the Wisconsin Ducks tour, Upper Dells boat tour, Tommy Bartlett Water Show, Top Secret fun house, Haunted House, Go-cart racing, and miniature golfing. Isabella (10 yr) and Stefani (11 yr) loved it, the Dells is truly Las Vegas for kids. Our time back at the log cabin was very relaxing… we made dinner at home and sat around the campfire after the babies went to sleep. A great time was had by all and I have the pictures to prove it!
